so I have been doing really well about bouncing back from my 5 day vacation a week ago. What I am bummed about is that I am trying to complete the last week of my first 60 day challenge and everything that can go wrong seems to be. I was working out the other day and I rolled my ankle and it is killing me! This was like 3 days ago!!! I just want to work out and keep going, I dont want to take more time off. Well starting tomorrow sore ankle or not I am going to complete my last week. I will push myself as far as my ankle will let me and dont worry, I plan on taking the right precautions of using heat and ice after my workout. I am going to dig deeper and get this done so I can a) get my FREE t-shirt and b) start round 2 !!!
